My Family
My mom is a Texan and grew up with Hispanic influences. Today, she can understand Spanish more than speak it.
My dad is from Louisiana and has African decent. I believe I can coin the term Creole, because he also has a French background and he also learned French in his schooling days.
So I'm multi-racial, both my brother and I were born in Minnesota, lived in Texas for a year or so, and have ended up in Florida since I was 3. Now my brother has gone to college in Massachusetts and I'm still finishing high school at one Lakewood High, which has an advanced program called Center for Advanced Technology, CAT.
My brother John, who's an impressive undergraduate at MIT.
People say my brother and I look alike. Sometimes I see it other times I don't. He's 2 years and 5 months older than me.
